The central, signature photograph was taken during the 'miracle of Headingley', when his monumental swashbuckling 2nd innings of 149n.o. enabled England to become only the 2nd team ever to win a Test after following on. The photograph at the right was captured as he takes his 356th wicket, to overtake Dennis Lillee and seize the world record for most Test dismissals.
The third photograph reveals the bowling action that claimed 383 Test scalps - this time against the West Indies at Old Trafford, 3rd Test, 1980.
